Blaise supports the implementation of a range of projects from the valuation and mapping of multiple ecosystem benefits from the REDD+ mechanism in central Africa, to the development of standards and principles for the UN-REDD programme. Before joining the centre in 2012, Blaise completed an internship within the Environmental, Climate and Social Office of the European Investment Bank, focusing on the development of biodiversity standards. Prior to that, Blaise worked in the French Senate as a Parliamentary Assistant on environmental legislation. Blaise completed his MSc in Environmental Change and Management at Oxford in 2011. He previously graduated in Law and Public International Law in Paris. In his spare time, Blaise enjoys cycling and gardening.
